I paid for 3 $200 gift cards, but none of them worked either online or at stores. I called the help line, but they either hung up on me (multiple times) or ran me in circles sending me back and forth between the same numbers. When I finally did get a supervisor, she was rude and basically told me "oh well, you're out $600. We don't do refunds" which their cardmember agreement says they do (with some obvious exceptions (e.g. international websites or other gift cards, neither of which we tried)). They were extremely rude and sounded like other scammers. I reported the transaction as fraudulent to my bank and they refunded the money. I just wanted to warn people about this scam. You have to have a refund policy or its theft.
