I paid for what I thought was a replacement passport. Instead, what I paid for was a PDF paper with all the information filled out which I could have done at home for free and they charged me $187.87. Upon receiving it, I had to go to the post office to pick it up and pay another $8.55 because they didn't pay the postage either.
