Type of a scam Debt Collections

I have not lived in my parents home in almost 30 years. They are receiving a phone call from this company saying I have a case in arbitration against me. They make it sound as though I have a court case. I have no recent collections on my credit report, only 1 collection being disputed for less than $100 because I don't recognize it. My parents have asked them to stop calling them but they haven't stopped. I have no messages or mail from this company stating the debt. The website looks cheap and isn't even secured. If they are a real collection agency then they know they have violated the collection laws by continuing to contact my parents and creating a sense of urgency via threatening legal actions. In addition the name of the company is misleading in a way that to some may seem to be a government agency. I will not be contacting them for any reason as they are not following guide lines and likely are fraud or attempting to collect on a debt that has far exceeded the statute of limitations.
