I needed a copy of my marriage certificate from another state. I googled the state of Kentucky, marriage license and USAVital was one of the websites listed. I read the website to make sure they could provide what I needed, however, I made the big mistake of not checking reviews or with the ScamPulse.com before sending any money. I was charged for certified marriage certificate, processing fee, and certificate shipping for a grand total of $55.78, that was on August 13, 2019. I received an order number and what number/email to contact if I had an questions. After 6 weeks, I began to call the 1-800 number on the order receipt, I was on hold for 20 minutes, never speaking to anyone, recording thanking me for my patience. My second call, was 15 minutes long, again no human. That's when I looked at ScamPulse.com websites and read a lot of complaints. I noticed, my statement would read "Archives.com". Need less to say, I never received my certificate, it has been almost 2 months later. I got smart and called the county's clerk office, and received my paperwork 10 days later. DO NOT USE USAVITAL!!! Please investigate ASAP!!
