This group of Vin Checking companies operates under 10 different names (or more) and will start to make multiple charges to your credit cards. They advertise a Vin check service for a $1 query fee but then start charging $24.95/month for 3 months of 25 reports/month. Then multiple charges start appearing on your credit cards, either for $24.95 or $18.95 and, in this case, 10 variations of the company names. No one answers the phones and on-line support offers refunds and cancellations, but you need to provide additional information. We reported this as fraud, cancelled our credit cards and filed a police report. Here are the variations of company names found on-line, all ending in .com:
Cardatalookup, USAVinData, VinReportUSA, , VinDataStory, VinDataReport,VinDataCheck, USAVinchecker, Cardatarecords.
These two sites billed us but were not found on internet. VinRecordsUSA, VinUSALookup.

Note that they use variations of legitimate companies, so use caution when looking for reviews.
