My order was never delivered despite the shipping link saying it was. I was in consistent contact with the customer service email address provided for over a month. They kept telling me the item is in the way. When I asked for a refund, they told me to contact the shipping company for a refund, which makes no sense since they are the ones who have my money. I was also told to ask the post office for the package. There is no record of the package with the post office.
