On August 12, 2026 I placed an order for a Tshirt and hat from usagoodshop.com. The order took more than two weeks to arrive. When it did finally arrive, the hat was fine, but the shirt was much too small. I contacted usagoodshop asking how I could exchange the shirt for a larger one. They said that was not possible. The said they would refund $8.74, even though the shirt was $19.99 plus shipping (entire bill was $34.99 charged to my paypal account). I said that was not acceptable. I still wanted to exchange the shirt. Today I received an email saying that they had refunded $8.74 to my paypal account. Is there anything I can do about this? I don't want other people to experience this behavior from this company.

Ordered online months ago. Still have not received product. No response from the company. Email address doesn't work.
