Attempted to get a birth certificate and then stopped the process due to the mailing address and ID address needing to be the same. Was charged $121.00 and then $10.00 per month. I stopped the process before payment was issued. I never agreed to any charges to begin with and this is a scam and should be investigated by the attorney general of Texas.
