I needed a birth certificate for my son, which they handled. Now, I have had a charge put on my account for 9.99 monthly fee with USA-VREXPRS, of which I did not know anything about, and was not advised of. I don't need recurring services, and I already completed my task with them. I did call my bank and did not authorize payment, but now I need to get a new debit card. When I went online to see who USA-VREXPRS is, I saw that other people went through the same scenario with this company.

On April 9, 2026 I requested vital records from the state of Mississippi online. I did not realize but I was automatically linked to the site USA-VREXPRS. I filled out all the requested information, gave my charge card number, and paid $109.00 for the birth certificate -- which I thought was a bit much but I paid it. On my next billing statement from the credit card company they charged me 9.99 in May and another 9.99 in June for a total of three charges amounting to $128.98. I have never received any receipts, birth certificate, or confirmation emails and never gave authorization for recurring charges. I tried to contact this company but couldn't find how to call or contact them. This is a scam and I don't know how to stop it but to just cancel the credit card.

Tried to obtain birth certificate. Thought this was a legitimate site it was not. They began taking 9.99$ out of my bank account

Attempted to get a birth certificate and then stopped the process due to the mailing address and ID address needing to be the same. Was charged $121.00 and then $10.00 per month. I stopped the process before payment was issued. I never agreed to any charges to begin with and this is a scam and should be investigated by the attorney general of Texas.
