Voice on phone identified themselves as from the Legal Dept. of the US Treasury Dept.. Badge 3165. Enforcement attachment of Tax Fraud. Threat of action against person listening to transcription if not responding by calling

202-800-5617. It was a recorded message left on voice mail.

Keep getting same message from different phone #s Says it from US treasury and we need to respond to appear before a Magistrate judge for criminal offense. 202 800 5569 214 299 7533 619 503 1679 all from different states couple of times in one day then week goes by again same message different #

Threatening phone calls from 716-200-4948. Said they were calling for the U S Treasury. Said we had a Federal Criminal Offense and a law suit was being filed. Said the local sheriff would be around to arrest us. If we did not respond by a call back all they could do was wish us good luck.

We know this is a scam. We don't owe anyone anything. We are seniors and are sure they are targeting seniors. If there is any way to stop them before they scam other people, it would surely be nice. We periodically receive calls like this. We do not answer the phone. They leave messages.

U.S. Treasury department. If I did not call their number, I would be in danger of arrest or fines. It would be a criminal offense. Recording had a man with a slight Caribbean accent. Phone number showing on caller ID: 453-587-9708

There was a call this morning that went to voicemail from a man calling himself James Caston. He said this is an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury. He said that ignoring this could cause me to go before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. I looked up his location and it came from Avalon NJ. The number was 1-609-961-1439.

I was contacted by someone claiming to be from the treasury department. They said if I didn't pay within the next 2 hrs. I could be arrested.

A message was left on my answering machine that the U.S. Treasury was contacting me for the last time and that I needed to be in court if we did not contact them at this phone number. 646-217-4860

At 10:43 EST I received a message from the Mr. Morris "US Treasury" saying this was a second attempt at calling me and about an "enforcement action" and if I don't respond, "it will result in an appearance before a magistrate or a grand jury for a federal offense". The tel.# left to call is 315-704-1556 in Auburn, NY

I returned call, but hung up quickly. There was not much conversation.

Individual said he was calling about collection for US Treasure failure to call back would result in having to go be for a Majistrate Supreme court The number he said to call ( 469-424-2165 )

He said his name was Ken Peterson. The voice message was in thick accent, but he said it was an action by the United States Treasury and ignoring this will be an intentional 2nd attempt to avoid appearance before a Magistrate Judge or a Grand Jury for a Criminal Offense. He has called me several times before. September 02, 2015 he was David Grey @ 757-694-0279. September 8, 2015 he was Dennis Grey @ 540-699-1529. Today he was Ken Peterson @ 585-219-1557. He thinks the number is a residence, but is a business number.

A foreign accented male caller left a voice mail message from 559-405-1000 saying it was related to federal criminal charges and that I needed to call him at 559-405-1008. No name was given and I did not call back.

Message from 559-469-0069 claiming to be the US Treasury and threatening to have me arrested if I don't pay them money. When I called them back and asked them not to call me anymore, man with a foreign accent threatened to call me back "every second of everyday".

a man using the name Dennis Gray says he is calling regarding an enforcement action by the US treasury,and failure to return call could result federal criminal charges and appearance in front of a grand jury.

The call back number he leaves is 307-463-7143. This is not the first time he has called.

We received a voicemail from man claiming to be from US Treasury who stated that if we didn't call back and cooperate with him (ie hand over our money) than we would be indicted on a federal offense.
