The website advertised hand crafted merchandise from artisans in the US. What is received is cheap Chinese mass produced garbage. They will only refund up to 25% of the value if you return the merchandise to a Chinese address. The front company appears to be based in the United Kingdom and the order shipped from a California address.

Marlo Market Co listed a hand carved wooden birdhouse. What I received was cheap rotomolded plastic. Not even the size stated. In order to receive a refund the parts must be in original packaging and sent to an address in Hong Kong. Lieing blankety blanks!

The site advertises that you will receive a hand carved wooden birdhouse that is one of a kind, hand carved by 72 year old that has been making them for 44 years. What you receive is a small cheap plastic birdhouse that is not nearly worth what they charge you. Also, I was to be charged $127.84 but was charged $159.80.

I ordered 3 hand carved wooden birdhouses from Marlow Market Co. in early August. It was from an AD on FB. What I received was 3 plastic birdhouses. When I contacted them for a return I was told "the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Furthermore, according to our company's current policy, a 35% refund is the maximum amount that can be granted." Even though I was misled and certainly did not receive 3 hand carved items and I sent a photo of the AD AND a photo of their return policy which said nothing about paying for shipping OR a max refund. It's a total scam.

Marlow Market Co claims to be a place where handmade goods are sold. Each item has an elaborate story about the maker, the methods used in making the item and why you should hurry to buy the item before they're no longer available. We purchased a "hand carved American flag made from reclaimed barn wood that Earl Maddox got from his dad's tobacco barn in Tennessee". What we received was a piece of foam core with a low-quality print of an American flag on it.

I ordered a birdhouse from Marlow market company that I assumed it was in the United States because their advertisement for the product was on Google and it showed a man from North Carolina sculpting a large wooden birdhouse and when I received the product, it was a tiny plastic birdhouse with the same face on it but a different product. This is a scam. Please do not order anything from Marlow market company because it will come from Hong Kong and it is a scam so when I messaged them about the product they sent they wanted to give me back 35% of my paid price which was what I paid for it was $39.98 but that’s not what I got. It is a scam and then they want you to ship back the product to them which is gonna cost you money so I’m just warning you do not purchase anything online from Google because it’s a scam and you will get ripped off every time especially with this company. Do not buy anything from this company. You will not get what you pay for.
