It was a robo call where the machine was predictive. If I answered "yes" it had an answer, if I answered "no" it had a different answer. It offered solar program with nothing to pay for, saving 50% on my electric bill, no cost and I don't have to pay a cent.

If only it were that easy and cheap for solar
