I applied for a trademark for my business earlier this year. Eventually the USPTO denied it after several attempts. I stopped applying and gave up on the request to trademark. I've since been getting calls and text messages that I have a lawyer fighting my claim and that I need to call them. Today I received this text message again asking to call this number. This number and scam is widely reported online. They have my name and phone number because it's public record on the USPTO site.
