on 04/03/2024 I purchased a flashlight from an ad on Facebook - I also reviewed the company's website for the product before making the purchase. On 04/24/2024 I received the product and saw that it was not the item as listed in their ad - it did not have a battery, a case, or a lanyard - and the flashlight itself did not have dual lenses or a battery power indicator. I contacted the seller and after reviewing my claim they advised that I had received the correct item and that they would not be sending a corrected item or give a refund. This is a misrepresentation - bait and switch - fraud
