US Executive Limo service advertises luxury limousines but delivers old, out-dated, party buses. BAIT AND SWITCH. We reserved a luxury Cadillac Escalade stretch limousine. We received, with no notice, a party bus with half deflated balloons, a plywood wall, and keg bucket bungee corded to it. The driver played along as if he had no idea what happened, the company first said we had too many people for the Cadillac then said it broke down. If they do it to you, call their bluff and ask them to tell you where it is so you can verify they didn't just do the BAIT AND SWITCH on you. They won't tell you. They just expect that your plans are too tight to change and you will just accept the switch and move on.

Now for the payment part. Watch out for not having to leave a deposit and a request for cash. Worked out well that we didn't put down a deposit but I think that was part of the master plan so they can say they didn't take our money and we willing paid at the time of the switch. We didn't pay and changed all our plans.

The picture makes the party bus not look half bad but inside was horrible. Even the teens ready for a night out said no way! ignore the adults in the pic, teens were still waiting for the Cadillac.
