I received a yellow postcard in the mail telling me to call the phone number and give them the confirmation code on the postcard to receive a $100 Walmart gift card. I called and gave the code, then I paid a fee of a couple of dollars (they steal your credit card number this way) for shipping or identify or some ***. The card never came, so I called back 2 weeks later, went through the process again and gave the number again, in addition to a 2nd card number. Walmart card never came. 3rd attempt- the line goes silent when I ask for info about the company. Tried this out with several calls/agents, and all they want is your credit card info. I just got hustled last month by a fake loan company for thousands of dollars also- the ‘agents’ and background noise was the same for both of these. And the impatient Middle Eastern people running the scam. * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***. I’m sure they are ripping off hundreds of folks as I type this.
