On 12/31/2024, I clicked on an advertisement for Cobble Hill on Facebook for a sale on puzzles. I was brought to what I thought was Cobble Hill. It looked exactly like the real Cobble Hill website and advertised Cobble Hill puzzles on their website. I ordered $44.91 (with tax) worth of puzzles and was supposed to get a free puzzle board with it. I immediately received a confirmation email with an Order Number. On 1/2/2025, the company withdrew $44.91 out of my bank account with the Company Description as "ONA*coblehill shop", purchase date as "01/01", and Merchant Category as "Women's Ready to Wear Stores". After a month when nothing arrived, I attempted to contact the seller through the confirmation email, but it said the site was unavailable. I then sent an email to an email address at the bottom of the confirmation email ([email protected]). After another month without a response, I sent another email and then filed a payment dispute with my bank. Now when I click on the website link in the confirmation email, it directs me to urbanwomener.com.
