Place an order that said it would ship in 2 to 3 days. Received a fake tracking number. Emailed the company after two weeks to find out why I had not received the item, was told it was a family owned company and they were overwhelmed with orders and needed a little bit more time. Asked why I was given a tracking number if item hadn’t sent. Was told they were forwarding the information to their logistics department to investigate. After three weeks and several emails, still getting the same email from the company with no updated information. I have asked twice for a full refund, keep getting information that logistics team is still investigating.

Urban Hollis is advertising clothing that is not comparable to what they are sending you. Urban Hollis sending poor material of clothing. I asked for a refund, sent the clothing back to them, they received the return back in 2 days and they still refuse to refund my money.

Placed an order. The order shipping was promised within 5-6 business days. I never received confirmation email for order but was charged immediately. I did not receive a shipping update until I reached out to the merchant. I was sent a fake tracking number that had not updated in 4 days now.
