They have since said some very unprofessional things and have yet to give back funds stating that I can try to sue them after I inquired on how what was left over from the funds given, made no interest and that I didn't agree to this "gift" which wasn't proposed in a way stating that I would have to accept it without the interest that should have been given to begin with. The promissory note also states that if said interest is not paid within 15 days of due date they agree to pay 125 dollars a day and they would pay attorney fees to the holder if they had to hire one. So in following that contract I'm out close to 20k alone in fees. They said we could start over a new promissory note with the last documented balance with only getting 20% once a year instead of what is originally agreed upon. I declined offer, demanded what is owed and they said see you in court. I then replied with a demand for what funds are left in the investment which includes the interest that was earned at 20% for September of last year and March of this year and the fees due for not paying either in the 15 day period per the contract. Have yet to receive anything. Do not do business with people who can't get paperwork straight or call you voice to voice.
