I placed an order on this website on December 17th, 2024. I sent them an email on 12-24-2024 asking for an update on when it would be shipped. No answer from them. I sent another email on 1-10-2025 and still no replay from them. I did say I would report them to the BBB. To this day I haven’t heard from them and I did not receive what I ordered. My order number is TUC1001. I just want to report them so other customers aren’t scammed by them. I know I won’t get my money back or see the product I ordered. Thank you.
