I got a call from an anonymous number pretending to be Jason from UPS. (We get calls from anonymous numbers from clients so at the time I didn't think much of it) and he set me up with a toner order and had some lady call me as Michelle from United Direct Imaging the next day. They then recorded the call saying they were going to send the toner and that one will be late and come at a later date. The toner delivered but today I received an invoice for 700 dollars. SO I went to return it and all the websites from the invoice seems fishy and nobody is responding back. I called the help number and they said they would send me a return label but they never sent me anything.
