Ordered product on September 1st. Shipping policy on website states 1-3 day shipping. On September 16th reached out via "contact us" portal to ask about shipping date. Received response via email on September 16th stating item has not shipped and no verified ship date has been noted. I immediately replied and asked for a cancellation and refund. No response. I then sent another message through the contact us portal again requesting a cancellation and refund and received an email at 8:45 am the next morning stating a cancellation and refund could not be completed because the daily cancellation limit had been reached. Further stating the order remains unfulfilled and an estimated shipment date is unavailable. Upon further research there are thousands of reviews online about this company all with the same complaints.

Ordered from this "company" and still no item shipped about 4 weeks out. Customer service not replying to emails for updates or cancelation requests.

I requested a refund because they wouldn’t allow my cart to be edited at checkout and I was unable to review it before purchase. I thought I was purchasing 1 thing and it ended up being 2 things. I emailed them numerous times. Finally found. Facebook page and started posting on there, and they messaged me through Facebook. They gave me a call. Told me I needed to download “lemfi” app and they walked me through the process. While on the phone with them they attempted to transfer $1000, and received $500 from me. Because they were walking me through, they had me give them the OTP I was receiving in my texts

The company advertises on social media. I placed an order on May 3, 2026, with delivery on May 9, 2026. Three weeks past the delivery date, I emailed the company regarding my order since it never arrived. I never heard back, and when I checked the website for my order details, my order no longer exists. They advertise they also sell at Walmart and Amazon. I checked the messages left on social media posts, and other people are experiencing the same thing.
