Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased a blender that was advertised on Facebook through their website on March 28, 2025. Didn't receive product. Got another debit from my account which was supposedly for a membership that was NOT mentioned during purchase. Contacted support and was refunded membership, but still didn't receive product. Checked the tracking number and saw that package was supposedly delivered to am address in North Carolina but I'm in South Carolina. The address was nothing close to mine, either. Contacted Support again and was assured the situation would be rectified. Have not heard back from anyone in approximately 2 weeks and still do not have ordered product. Would like refund or product and to never deal with this bogus company again.
