I was sent a scrap/sample piece of fabric from Jerry YASFBARA with an address of 9208 Charles Smith Ave in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. A google search showed this was a common brushing scam.

A large somewhat heavy package from India delivered by FedEx to my wife at our address, but with the phone number 213-442-1463 EXT. 80211. We did not open it. We have not ordered anything from India.

I was contacted via phone, saying they were going to send me a knee and back brace and said medicare would take care of it. I insisted I did not want anything sent. Told them they were a fraud. I received the items about a week later. They even had my medicare. We called medicare, telling them not to pay if they get a bill for the $2013.06 from this company, since I never ordered such devices.
