The expenses consisted of transfer fees and etc... ,Interlock @#$%% LLC was transferred from jumpstartfilings.com to PCS- Premium Corporate Solutions.
I had received an email on March 3, 2025 Monday:
As according to the email dated as followings. I quote ,
" Hi &&&&&&& !
We regret to inform you that we cannot assume liability for any filings made through Jumpstart, as we do not handle services paid directly to them. Our primary goal is to assist you in managing your company efficiently, ensuring it remains in Good Standing without any outstanding debts or issues. For your reference, here is the Invoice Link. Thank you!

Now I am told that I have late and overdued fees.. First of all I wasn't aware of any fees dued and Secondly I thought paid in full the fees to process my application with PCS- from jumpstartfilings.com.
Please explain how I am in debt to pay $1090 USD. I truly thought that I was compliant and up to date with payments.
Something doesn't make sense.
I am certain that PayPal will attest and affirm that payments were made to PCS directly.
I have not receved any other communication since then to have overdued payment in arrears, it makes no sense and illogical to me.
So customers are penalized because of jumpstartfilings.com Jumpstart doings.. So therefore if I had failed to file Taxes then, yes, I would be penalized. But on the other hand, if the mistake was made by the company and not the customer whom is I, myself. Thus I am not to be paying overdued fees which were not of the fault of mine. RIGHT OR WRONG??
IF IT WAS IN court hypothetically speaking.
That's unprecedented, unprofessional and not being fair nor transparent after the first not before it.

I have sent an email to PCS- Premium Corporate Solutions today of March 10,, 2025 on Monday.
I will pay
But it's not fair as to what has transpired here in this situation.
I wanted to know of my options to pay then receive a refund of overdued payments made on my behalf?
Or to wait it out but will be penalized definitely as an international resident whom will not be able to step a company ever in the future?? I woukd flagged and marked as non-compliant, which could prevent you from forming new companies in the future.

IS IT WISE Not to pay the $1090 USD VIA PAYPAL and WIN THE Agrument to the Secretary of State and just continue as business as normal with PCS - Premium Corporate Solutions ???
