We have theor Verizon fire plan 3.. $92.89 a month plus the upfront charge of modem

They say no contract... read your fine print in the terms and services.. we've been with them a few yrs and we have all sorts of issues no help and now have to mail back box to a po box In Marionville Mo. And get charged $250 for cancelation of services! On top of it all.. we ha e referred them to 10 ppl when we first had service...

We have been with company for 4 years now flawless not one problem .. I know that have there terms and conditions say all spam message will result in cancellation you may want to check on that I bet that’s what happened to you .

My friend told me about this business. It was supposedly located in Southwest Missouri. We want better Internet and paid for this service on Aug. 28, 2020. It's been two months and I haven't heard from these people. We ordered it on Aug. 28, 2020. On Sept 9, 2020, he texted me back "AT&T or Verizon?" I told him "Verizon." I texted him on the 15, 16, and 17 in September with no response. I heard from him again on Sept. 18, 2020 that said "would send another SIM card". On Sept. 20, 2020, I texted him again with no response. On Sept. 21, 2020, he texted and said he "would provide the tracking number". On Sept. 22, 2020, I texted him again and he told me "he was having trouble getting the tracking number". On Sept. 24, 2020, he told me "give me address for a new SIM". On Sept. 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, and Oct. 6, no response. On Oct. 6, 2020, I told him I would send him to the BBB. I'm former law enforcement.
