Ordered a hoodie 2 years ago on https://unknownstudioss.com/collections/hoodies (their old website) and lost $45.00. Then when I texted him on instagram he tried to make me buy a new hoodie and told me he couldn’t do anything for me beacuse it was on his old site and had no receipt for the order. I also tried emailing them at [email protected]. I just want his store closed at this point or my money back or something please ?? They are based in the USA.
