United Passport presents as a carrier service to help apply for a passport. At the end they charge you $183 for the normal passport. They make it appear like you are applying for the passport and paying for the passport and they will be shipping you the passport. They make you think that you are paying for the passport (which is $100, the application fee $35). They imply that the application is taken care of and you will be receiving the passport in the mail. In reality all they do is print the forms you filled out and then you have to do all the work for the passport. It is a complete scam and they mislead you. This website needs to be taken down now or they need to change their wording and have more bold disclaimers. This is a scam and they know it! The order form even says "US Passport Order"

I was applying for a passport and clicked a website that I thought was the government website. I gave them all my personal information (SSN, address, phone number, previous expired passport number, etc)

Website pops up first when googling passports. This is not an official site. They promise expediting that they cannot provide.

I was moving too fast and clicked the first website that came up for passport renewal. I didn’t pause to check that I was on an official site and it’s completely my fault for missing this. Luckily my credit card reported the fraud but I literally submitted everything including my SSN, details about my parents, name change etc.

uspassportandvisa.org comes up as the first search listing in google when searching "passport application", they take all information needed for a passport and charge $183.55 for free forms than can be printed online.

Service from UnitedPassport.com to replace a passport. All they did was print out a free fillable form and mail it to me. They charged me $183.55 for this.

I needed to renew my children's passports and googled passport renewal online and this is the first website that popped up, UnitedPassport.com, and I assumed that it was a valid government website that renewed passports. It asked for all of my children's personal information and processing fees. In the end, it only gave me paperwork and did not actually process the passports and I was left with no updated passports and need to go to a real government website and start allover and pay more fees. This site is a total con and I gave my kids and my own personal information on it. I am also out almost 400 dollars, a total of $367.71.

The website UnitedPassport.com purports to get you a passport. I believe this to be incredibly misleading. I filled in all my information, including SS number, birthdate, address, phone and email, and parents' name and birth cities. All I recieved in return was a paper copy of my application that I still had to pay to have certifed and had to mail to the National Passport Processing Center with the government processing fee. Now they have all my personal information and all I have is a filled out application. I still have to do all the work myself.

The website UnitedPassport.com (US Passport) claims to save you time going to get your passport however just enters your info into forms you can get for free at the post office. You'll still have a $35 fee at the post office and a $130 passport fee - so the $185 I lost is a SCAM getting your info into free forms and doesn't save you any time other than hand writing into forms you can get at USPS.

Company claims to be the website UnitedPassport.com in which individuals are to renew or apply for a U.S. passport.

At the top of their website is a misleading, deceitful, and dishonest statement: “Trusted online U.S. Passport Courier Service. We save you time and a trip to the passport office. Our registered couriers nationwide and team of passport advisors will help get your passport fast.” They do not send a Courier to pick up materials from you and save you a trip to apply in person at a passport office. All they do is send you a printout of a form you fill out on their site and instructions on how to apply for a passport yourself. They don't even send a mailing label or envelope.

Pretends to be a website where you can pay for a passport. But only sends you the application and you will have to pay the government fee again

I attempted to submit an online passport application for my juvenile son through the official U.S. government website. Somehow, I was redirected to UnitedPassport.com without realizing it. I did not notice until after I had submitted all of my son’s personal information and my credit card information.

My son’s date of birth, address, height, and Social Security number were compromised. My information — including my name, date of birth, address, and credit card number — as well as my husband’s information, were also exposed.

I immediately contacted their online chat to cancel the transaction and informed them that I would be filing a police report and a fraud dispute with my credit card company. They refused to cancel the transaction.

This experience has left me extremely concerned about the safety and legitimacy of this website. I am reporting this to alert others and to pursue appropriate fraud and identity protection measures.

Posed as a government website, I entered all the information for passport application for a minor before realized it was not a legitimate government agency.

Input all of my personal information and submitted my application! I requested a cancellation within 10 minutes of submitting! Sent an email to the appropriate email listed on their website! It clearly states that refunds are accepted if contacted within three days of submitting application! The following morning I received an email at 825 am saying they could not cancel or issue a refund because a shipping label had been created through fed ex… at 925 I received a tracking number from fedex saying the label was created! They refused to acknowledge that I had requested to cancel within 10 minutes of submitting and then stating it was too late since they had processed and created a shipping label before their emails were checked!

United passport services! Do not use their services as they are completely unethical in how they run their business

Impersonating government agency which can get you new passport. In fact they are not authorized or able to, and will just fill the form for you.

I went to the the US gov website to submit an online passport application for my juvenile son, and somehow was redirected to this site, and did not realize it until I had submitted all of my son's information and my credit card number. My son's DOB, address, height, and SSN were compromised. My and my husband's name, address, DOB and my credit card # were compromised. I used their online chat to cancel the transaction and told them I was filing a police report and a fraud charge with my credit card account. They said they cancelled the transaction but they still have all of my son's PII.

They charge you to do absolutely nothing. They claim to renew your passport, all they really do is charge you 242$ to print the free government application form and tell you to go to the post office to pay the additional and real fee to renew your passport. Total cost with them 432$, total cost to do it without them $190. They are a scam company.

I went to the U.S Post Office to complete my passport application and the woman at the desk told me that the passport applications are free and I shouldn't have been charged. The only charge is the $`130 I paid at the counter. She advised me to report them to the better business bureau.
