Received a call from (424)382-0981 and they left a message telling me that there was a claim made against me and that they provided me with a claim number and a phone number of (877)297-8646 to call. I called that number and the processor just told me her 1st name and I gave them the claim number and wanted to speak with a name that is well known and there isn’t a middle name. She wanted me to verify my last 4 of my SSN but didn’t give it out.

I kept asking them what department are they calling from and they kept saying I called them I called them. That there is a red flag that it is a scam. When someone ask the person on the other line what department they are calling from you automatically tell them. Let alone tell them y the caller is being notified but instead they are so hooked onto verify the last four of ssn and the numerous of processors I spoke with hung up on me when I was asking what department they was calling from and y are they coming after a person that they don’t know which person they want. They wanted me to verify my address and place of employment so that they can serve me

I also called the (424)382-0981 and it kept ringing and ringing and ringing and no one answered. And that there is another red flag that it’s a scam.

There is no such company by the name of United Firm.

I received a call from phone# (747) 220-3371, she asked by 1st name without identifying herself, when I said who is calling she automatically assumed it was the person she was looking for. She stated that he is a processor and needs my address, I asked a processor for what? she then stated she needed to serve me some legal court documents that are sealed. When I asked who was sending them or what all this was about she said you don't know what this is about? NO, I don't you are calling me why don't you tell me who you are, why you want to serve someone and ask for their address? She stated that she was hired by United Firm to serve me she is a processor and that she would need to serve me at home and then said or do you want me to serve you at you place of employment.

I asked again, what are you trying to serve and where and who is it coming from? she then proceeded to give me a number to United Firm and they can provide all the information I need. The number provided was (866) 368-4638 and then proceeded to provide me with a claim# XXXXXXX. The fact that the process server does not know why she is serving me and the fact that she is calling me to get my address without being able to tell me who is serving me it beyond unethical. United Firm besides providing a so called claim# should be able to tell the processor that its a legal matter pertaining to ex: accident, eviction, small claims, family court etc.

After she provided the (866)# and the claim# XXXXXX she disconnected the call. When I tried to call her back to inquire on her name which I forgot to ask she no longer answered, the phone just rings and rings until after 5 minutes of non stop ringing the call disconnects. I think if this is legal and not a scam she should answer her phone, have a voicemail advising her name and company she works for with a message stating I will return your call. I called her back 3 times back to back, again about 30 minutes later and again about another 1 1/2 later and still no answer.

I would like to add that I googled the number (866) 368-4638 and there is no information popping out for this company, I searched under company name "United Firm" and nothing comes up not even in my local yellow pages.
