My company hired United Data Solutions to provide a service. They did not provide the service. Instead, they took our money and gave a lot of excuses. Now they refuse to answer phones, email, etc...

I was in contact with Isabella from United Data Solutions. I was informed they are located in TX and are a reputable company. I come to find out they are in India and that address does not exist for them. So there is no way to actually contact the company. I was also informed for my $1000 I would get my leads with one or two contacts per lead and only in the industries I requested. I was then given in some cases over 70 contacts per lead and of my 20,000 leads that I purchased, there were over 10,000 in SIC codes we couldn't use. This was the second attempt for United Data Solutions to make things right as we had already deleted a list prior that was 100% incorrect and now what we agreed upon.

I was also told by someone working there that our price was too good and I should be happy with what I get. I was lied to, deceived, and was taken advantage of. All that was done after many promises.

I ask for help as they refuse to pick up the phone, the phones are now unidentified, and have 3 numbers: 972-651-0377, 866-255-6077, 214-296-2466. All give you the internal run around.

I'm not sure what else to do but would like no one else to be taken advantage of. I appreciate your help with this matter.
