Received call from tel 260-345-2654. in which person stated he was a debt collector trying to collect a debt from Citi Financial Auto Corp. From 2001 in the amount of $ 20,519.22. He gave me a ref# and a phone number to call Citi Financial 888-665-0374 verify information. I called and it was a company called Resurgent. Agent said my number did not come up in their system for any collections. i then proceed to call Citi Financial which is now Santander Financial and verified i did not have any outstanding debts with them...
