I've ordered couple of Baby's First Christmas items for my son on Dec 17th, 2022 and the order still shows up as Processing on their site. Contacting their customer service got me an email saying "personalization is going well" with no indication that order has been shipped 20 days later.

I ordered a product online over a month ago and never received it nor never got tracking information and they took money out of my account
