So I charge $200. So the fact that you Say you lost $400 is a fallacy.

Like I said, thousands of people use the service all the time. You’re not going to make everybody happy. But at the same time, If you’re part of that one percent, then I don’t know what to tell you

I paid for a service from this business that included a paid warranty stating that the service would be free if a second service was required. Upon requesting this second service the company stated it was "impossible" because they were "too busy" and it wouldn't be possible because "It is february". The company also stated that they would not honor my purchase as newer customers were paying increased rates and the company preferentially helped those customers, despite the fact that I had already paid for my service 1 month in advance.

When I approached the company about this issue, I was met with no response for approximately 2 weeks. After multiple times contacting the company they responded and told me they would not honor the service and would only send me a refund. I stated I was content to wait for a longer period if the service were to be actually delivered.

This doesn’t even make any sense. Out of the thousands of people, you’re telling me that I didn’t give you a service, and then I gave you a refund?

And so you’re calling it a scam, even though you didn’t lose any money? But because I wouldn’t help you over other people who could communicate better?
