This company is using ai to falsely show items on their website for purchase. I purchased a Christmas ornament and what I received was a picture of a Christmas ornament rather than an actual Christmas ornament. I asked for a refund and was ignored, I then opened a dispute with American Express. Once open I was contacted by the company who said a refund would be issued as soon as I closed the dispute. I foolishly did and they have still not issued a refund.
