On about Tuesday, September 8, 2026, I visited website Popularable.com, placed an order and paid with a credit card. Immediately, $49.15 was charged to my card. This was $9.83 over the stated charges. I immediately contacted them via email and they refunded the $9.83 right away. I have been receiving shipping updates since 9/17/26 with the first location as Ireland.
