The product was very degraded. It looks unsafe. I called the number for a return 888-707-2661 which has only a busy signal. The number on the bill allows you to leave a message, but no one calls you back. It appears to be subscription, which I did not realize. I was in the hospital so I did not get to this complaint sooner. I have called the credit card to get a new card and was told they charged me again. The order number on the packing slip is 618730 and the date is 5/10/24. I want them to refund the 539.00 and I will return the product.
