I purchased two plug in video projectors called Comauo Ocean & Galaxy Projector (a legitimate product) advertised as projecting images and videos on full walls or ceilings. After 18 days, I received a simple projector with six slides that project very small images.

They are being advertised on television and YouTube and the parts are wrong and too small. The piece that's shown on TV is white and shows a full room of activity; the small piece that I received shows a dot that can't be enlarged.

We placed order on website uktrendzone. Weeks passed and i checked tracking number only to be told that the pkg had fraudulent postage on it. We tried contacting them but all of their emails come back as undeliverable!

I ordered this Ocean Projector from a code on a YouTube commercial. It never arrived. The USPS tracking site reports that the vendor is using counterfeit postage. Emails to their service address are returned with Mailer Daemon.

The scammer advertised on Youtube while I was watching CBC News. It looked legitimate because the same brand is available on Amazon but not the same model as was advertised on Youtube. I paid for 2 projectors and got an order confirmation without any delivery date or customer-service contact. So, I replied back using the same email i.e., [email protected], the one I received the order confirmation from, asking them the delivery timeline. My email was rejected and not delivered with the reason that the recipient email "[email protected]" does not exist. This made me search the legitimacy of the company, only to discover that this company has already been flagged as fraud and scam. I have reported this scam to my credit card provider and requested them to issue me a refund. I also cancelled my current credit card that I used fearing that my personal information on the credit card might have been compromised and, have requested for a new replacement credit card.
