Noticed this "Ocean Projector" item being advertised on social media and thought it would be nice to have for my media room. Ordered it and received a USPS tracking number. After several days went by, I tracked the item via the USPS tracking number and received a message stating that the tracking information cannot be displayed because the package was shipped with "counterfeit postage". Sent an email to the customer service dept. and no response. As of today, I still have not received my package. Ordered it on August 21st. TOTAL SCAM.....

This was showing a projector type device you plug in and it was suppose to come to life with ocean creatures and also the sky..you plug it in and it is just a blurry picture on the ceiling that does NOT move..total scam and it said its Hollywood quality. I ordered 3 and tested 2 of them they both did nothing. The commercial said if it isnt like it shows you will get 10x your money back..my credit card company is looking into this

This Uktrendzone company is currently selling a Ocean & Galaxy Projector. Their advertisement showing their projector will project dynamic moving images of the ocean and marine life projected upon the entire ceiling and walls. What actually arrived is a cheap imitation: their projector in reality only project a very small static image of something unrecognizable (not the ocean or any kind of fish) in a circle on the ceiling. This company doesn’t provide any contact address nor phone numbers on its website. There is one (1) non-working email address listed ([email protected]) which does not accept emails. My request for a refunds was bounced. So, there is no way to contact them for returns/exchanges.

This Uktrendzone company is currently selling a Comauo Ocean & Galaxy Projector with their advertisement showing their projector will project lively moving under ocean scenes on entire ceiling and surrounding walls. But the projector I received only project a very small circle lights on the ceiling with a non-moving image of some kind creature that I cannot recognize. This company doesn’t provide any contact address nor phone numbers on its website, but it does provide two email addresses “ uktrendzone.com” and "[email protected]" for contact. When I sent several emails to that email address to request refund, all my emails were returned, stating they were unable to deliver my messages. This company apparently is dishonest and cheats consumers with no way of contact for service of return/exchange. Stuck with a terrible product that is unusable.
