Shortly after purchasing a vehicle, I received a letter stating to act fast or my warranty would lapse. I purchased warranty through dealer, so I knew this was a scam. Do not respond to them! They are not legit! No address or email is on letter.

I received a letter in the mail with no post mark. The letter inside asked for my Vin number and my current mileage and said that if I did not contact them then I would have to pay all repairs out of pocket. It was all confusing.

Approval Division Amount Approved - Platinum Coverage.****** FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY******** THIS LETTER IS TO INFORM YOU : That if your factory warranty has expired , you will be FINANCIALLY LIABLE for all repairs.Our records indicate that you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us to get your service contract up-to-date.
