I received a letter in the mail with no post mark. The letter inside asked for my Vin number and my current mileage and said that if I did not contact them then I would have to pay all repairs out of pocket. It was all confusing.

Please contact our Customer Service Department. Shows a Customer ID: 25A-779-2520 PLEASE CONTACT TO CONFIRM YOUR VEHICLE INFO. CONTACT TELEPHONE # 1-833-929-3116 Assigned Dept. Approval Division Amount Approved - Platinum Coverage.****** FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY******** THIS LETTER IS TO INFORM YOU : That if your factory warranty has expired , you will be FINANCIALLY LIABLE for all repairs.Our records indicate that you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us to get your service contract up-to-date. You have the option to protect your vehicle beyond the factory warranty.Please respond by 6/2/2021 ****EXTREMELY URGENT AND TIME SENSITIVE .THIS IS NOT A BILL******
