I ordered rust remover from this website

Uaretbest.com over 30 days ago via paypal. They even have/had a customer features where you could sign up as a customer. I've tried to contact them by phone( number is out of order), website email doesn't existing either. The website was registered just in may 2022. I can find no consumer complaints about this website or company. Please check out this company or good scam, please
