I made a purchase online, and attempted to cancel immediately after the purchase. I contacted the business and was told it could not be canceled. I received the merchandise on April 13 and I have been trying to return for a refund, per the website return policy. I have contacted the business 6 to 8 times, and now there is no communication. I filed a dispute with PayPal but since the merchandise was received, PayPal closed the dispute. I have since had to contact the attorney general of my state to file a complaint.
