We contacted them and they said in order to get a refund follow these instructions. I realized they were downloading information onto my computer so I stopped and shut off the computer and did a rescue scan. The file had not executed so they did not get access to our information, but only because we stopped the download.
I told him he was a scammer and he said no, no no. Then he said if we did not complete the process he would lose his job, which was an obvious lie and an attempt to gain time to let the file download.
