I ordered a dobbie doll silicon one and got a tiny plastic one £25 rip off can’t find how to return it . It took over 60 days to come from China

I ordered a Dobby doll which was shown with people playing with it. It was shown to be larger than a newborn doll. When I got it, it fit in my hand and was a cheap plastic toy. There was no packing slip, no phone number, no way to return it.
