I ordered online from this link https://www.neoxautous.com/products/realview-dual-lens-mirror-dash-cam?spm=..ind...⇄ /> Fed Ex says it was delivered but I never got it. It was sent to the wrong address but close to where I'm at. Fed Ex says the tracking number is wrong but I confirmed that the tracking number is correct, but the address is incorrect and Fed Ex would not tell me where it was delivered. Fed Ex is a joke. I'm just gonna call my bank and tell them this was not Authorized on my account. Very frustrating to say the least.

Their clothing sizes are off by many sizes, quality of clothing is very poor (seams not correctly sewn and very bad shape) and cost to return clothing requires international shipping. Because they offer low pricing in combination with the fact that the return cost the customer has to pay is likely greater than the purchase cost, they are essentially avoiding returns. They give every impression they are US based company (so one can expect a low cost return shipping) and offer the standard satisfaction options BUT do not deliver. They have no US based address to return to so no one can afford to return purchases. I bet they have very low Return count to Purchase count ratio in US.
