The website, TryLuno.shop, is deceiving customers into thinking they are buying a certain product than they will recieve using photos from:

https://www.innioasis.com/products/y1

The Luno website uses photos and videos of the Innioasis Y1 Classic Digital Audio MP3 Player but sends a product completely different than what is pictured and advertised. I lost $89.99. The website also uses advertises a 30 day money back guarantee but in their return policy buried in their website, they state that sale items may not be returned. The website keeps their products on a perpetual sale that never ends when the sale is advertised to end, I assume to avoid accepting returns.
