HydroShowerJet advertised a “buy 1 get 2 free” deal for their high-pressure showerheads. I placed an order expecting to receive three units, but only received one. The package arrived severely damaged, and the single item inside was scratched and defective, delivering little to no water pressure. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company and request a refund, they refused, citing a policy against refunds for opened items—even though the defect couldn’t be confirmed without opening it. They offered to send the missing items if I paid more money for shipping and later tried to give me a 20% discount on future purchases instead of resolving the issue. Their responses were evasive and designed to stall or deflect responsibility. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic paired with poor product quality and no accountability. I provided photos, installation results, and offered to return the product, but they continued to deny a refund. Others should be warned: this company promotes misleading deals, delivers defective and incomplete products, and refuses refunds to trap customers in a no-return situation.

I bought the hydro jet shower head. 39.99. they said they had free returns up to 30 days. Two of them were broken and leaked. And they do not refund your money no matter what. They're scamming people out of their money and they're trying to get more money out of them by having us pay shipping to replace the already bad product with more of their product that doesn't work in the first place.

The same because we removed it from the package and actually put the shower head on that it's used. Even though it couldn't be used because it licked right off the bat and if you put the water on too high it would hit your ceiling.

Website states they are running a buy one, get 2 free deal on their showerheads for $39.99. I ordered the showerhead and only received one. When I told them I only received one of the 3 showerheads, they told me I only added one to my cart so the deal was not added. It does not state anywhere that 3 need to be added to the cart and my receipt states "buy one, get 2 free." When I told them this they said they would send the other 2 showerheads for $14.95 in shipping. I told them I would not send them more money for not fulfilling my original order and that instead I would return the one I got for a refund (as their website states free returns within 30 days). She told me I would only get a return once the item reached the warehouse and then asked me to take a photo so she could verify the condition of the item. I sent one picture of the item still in the package and then removed it from the bubble wrap that was not sealed to begin with and then got a response saying that because it was removed from the package they could not approve a return (when she is literally the one who told me to send a picture of the item). So now, I can't return the item and the only way to get the other 2 showerheads that were supposed to be a part of the original order is to pay them an additional $14.95.
