I completed a one time trial purchase from this company, TryHer.com. This company fraudulently enrolled me into a subscription without my consent and refused to provide a refund. I clearly did not check the field for reoccurring services, as I am intentional about not doing. This approach to gain and retain customers is unacceptable. After this transaction, I found many other people are having the same experience and this company needs to be stopped!

This company, TryHer.com, signs you up for a subscription service very deceitfully. Even searching to ensure it's not a subscription, many users are getting signed up without knowing it. They make it almost impossible to cancel. It's difficult to find. Pop-ups keep you from progressing on the unsubscription page.

Their model seems to be to lock people into subscriptions and just keep charging them, making it impossible to cancel.

made a one-time purchase from this company, TryHer.com, for approximately $33 and did not knowingly agree to any subscription or recurring billing.

About a month later, I was charged $77 without my authorization. I was not clearly informed that my initial purchase would enroll me in a recurring subscription at this higher price.

When I contacted the company, they did not clearly explain the charges and directed me to a confusing login portal instead of directly canceling the subscription.

I have since contacted my bank to dispute the $77 charge as unauthorized and requested cancellation of any subscription.

I believe this company uses misleading or unclear billing practices to enroll customers in recurring charges without informed consent.

I accidentally placed an order with Her+ from TryHer.com and immediately emailed them at [email protected] to cancel. The company enrolled me in an unauthorized subscription without clear disclosure. When they responded to my cancellation request, they directed me to a self-service portal. When I attempted to use their unsubscribe link, the text field exhibited suspicious behavior, my typing was invisible and backspacing revealed significantly more hidden characters than I typed, suggesting possible keylogging or malicious code. The company has numerous ScamPulse.com complaints reporting the same subscription trap and difficulty cancelling. I was unable to cancel through any of their provided channels.
