Foot massager - wife purchased in NZ dollars and charged in US dollars. Massive difference. Product arrived but one missing. Company refused to rectify. Hope they enjoy their email server filling up. DDOS next.

I was on the EMSense website (TryEMSense.com) looking at one of their products and looked to see how much the product would cost all-in, including shipping. In order to see the total, I had to tell them what method of payment I would be using. I picked one and it automatically charged me $87.23. There wasn't an "order now" or "submit" button indicating I would be ordering. I immediately contacted them and advised them to cancel but then was told it was too late and they had it shipped the next day.

I contacted them to return the product and they advised I have to pay for return shipping. I told them I would not be doing that and they would need to pick it up on their own.

I looked online and apparently this has happened to other people as well.

In the email attachment, please scroll to the bottom where I tell them to cancel the order immediately.

If you google search "EMSense" it reports that the ScamPulse.com has received multiple complaints from people regarding deceptive checkout practices among other things.

For your feet, it matters! It said best price, in box, 2 items, says you get 40% or ? Off. No subscription, good ok. I hit purchase on the TryEMSense.com website and it doubles price! No sorry, I immediately off same page emailed [email protected] canceled, kept trying to cancel, no phone number!! I didn’t even have a receipt yet!! Then they send one. I have 50 emails back and forth within mins of this. Ya got me, robbed me once good on you! You have money back guaranteee so now you say it’s delivered! Evil evil! I’m constesting charge and filing ScamPulse.com AND FTC COMPLAINT. No biggie you got your little pittance of $161.09 but I’m stopping payment and I will fight you for this! Horrible company

I couldn’t ever get a decent receipt?? No Invoice # !!!!
