I ordered a one time shipment and then decided I did not want the product. Initially the site had a 30 and 90 day refund policy. The 30 day policy applies to unopened product. I have emailed them everyday for over 40 days and they have not sent a return label and continue to state my request is being reviewed.

Advertised 90 day money back if product CalmAxis did not work for our dog. Did not and have tried multiple times to claim refund, to no avail.

The company advertised a product, a calming chew for dogs, and after 4 months, no product was received. Customer service ensures over and over they are working on it and the package will arrive within days, then nothing happens.

I ordered a dog care product from this company and after 5 weeks, it has still not been delivered. The company will not provide a refund and the shipping information shows that the item went from China to Los Angeles, California. There is no evidence that I will ever get this product and my only recourse will be to dispute it with my credit card company.

I saw posted on Instagram a pet supplement to help with anxiety. It said it was a US-based company, but the charge was in the Netherlands and the shipment came from China. They had a third-party shipping situation and they said they delivered it. It was never delivered. I contacted the company. They said the third-party said it was delivered and they would not give me a refund even though I did not receive any of the items. They told me to check with the carrier and the carrier told me to check with the company, so I’m out the money and no product. Just don’t want this to happen to anybody else.
