I purchased items through their website TrutoHawaii.com, but did not receive a confirmation email. I emailed the [email protected] address a few days later asking for a confirmation number and was told they were backed up on orders. 2 weeks later, I emailed again asking for a refund and received a very hostile response calling me a B……. Still, no refund, no products. I lost $65.

Do not order from Trutohawaii
