This is an online Facebook scam from TrustSteadfast (truststeadfast.com) advertising CO monitors that supposedly alarm at levels lower than the standard models. It dos NOT do what the say it does, it’s no different and very expensive. I lost over $309 on this order. It was advertised as a US company, but the shipment came from China. Website says there’s a 90 day money back guarantee yet when refund was requested, the merchant said they would only offer a 20% refund - nowhere on the site did it specify this. They’re refusing to refund my order and refusing to accept a refund when the product is not what w las advertised. I tried contacting them at [email protected] but got no proper resolution.
